DESCRIPTION:Venue\nMeeting: \nUGA Tifton Campus Conference Center – Small auditorium\n15 RDC Road\nTifton\, GA 31794 \n \nSocial hour/dinner: \nUGA Black Shank Pavilion \n \nGuest Speaker\nOur guest speaker is Dr. Francisco Carvallo from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech who will be speaking on The Nitty Gritty of Interstitial Lung Disease. \nA special thanks to this year’s case collators and moderators:\nCase Collators: Dr. Kim Newkirk and Dr. Linden Craig (University of Tennessee)\nCase Moderators: Dr. Ian Hawkins and Dr. John Roberts (University of Florida) \nImportant Deadlines\nApril 1\, 2023 – Case submission deadline (e-mail case history\, synopsis\, and ship slides) \nApril 15\, 2023 – Pre‐registration ends \nApril 29\, 2023 – Presentation (PDF) file submission due \nCall for Cases\nFor those interested in presenting\, now is the time to choose your case\, prepare your slides\, put together your case summaries\, and prepare your presentation. It is not a requirement for presentation at the meeting\, but we encourage you to submit your best lung lesions for the conference. \nFor questions about case submissions/mailing slides\, please contact this year’s case collator\, Dr. Linden Craig (linden@utk.edu). \nPlease note: digital slide submissions must include 2 glass slides! \nCase Submission Instructions \nRegistration & Lodging\n Case presenters and attendees are strongly encouraged to pre-register to ensure sufficient meals will be available. \nConference Fee \nThe regular registration fee for SEVPAC is $110. Pathology residents and graduate and veterinary students may register for $85. The fee covers the meeting\, refreshments\, social hour and Friday evening dinner at the UGA Black Shank pavilion. \nAn OPTIONAL lunch will be available for an additional $20 per person. \nHow to Register \nRegister Now \nPlease email\, fax\, or mail your completed pre-registration form (see link below) to the contact below by April 15\, 2023.
