DESCRIPTION:This event is part of the department’s seminar series for graduate students. \n“Studies in the virulence of Entamoeba histolytica and Acanthamoeba castellanii: a tale of two amoebae” \nDr. Lesly Temesvari is the Interim Department Chair at Clemson University\, College of Science\, Department of Biological Sciences. She earned her PhD in biological sciences at the University of Windsor. Dr. Temesvari teaches a variety of cellular biology undergraduate and graduate level courses\, and her work focuses parasitic interactions within a human host.
