DESCRIPTION:This event is part of the department’s seminar series for graduate students. \nDr. Zhicheng Dou is an Associate Professor and the Graduate Program Coordinator at Clemson University\, Department of Biological Sciences. Dr. Dou earned his PhD in chemistry and biochemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed his post-doctoral fellowship in molecular parasitology at the University of Michigan Medical School. His research focuses on Toxoplasma gondii infections in human hosts.
