Through our Ambulatory Services team, our Large Animal hospital can provide on-the-farm veterinary care right where your animals live and work. Whether you manage a large herd, run a training facility, or simply prefer the convenience of on-the-farm visits, our experienced mobile team provides prompt, reliable care without the stress of transporting animals.
Our ambulatory services are designed to support the day-to-day health and management needs of horses, cattle, goats, sheep, camelids, and other large animals. The majority of our mobile veterinary services are only offered within the greater Athens area. However, our production medicine service does offer assistance to cattle producers throughout the state of Georgia. Please be advised not all services are provided in the field depending on your animal’s needs and your farm’s location. Some procedures and diagnostics can only be performed in-hospital.

Emergency Services
**Emergency services are only available to current ambulatory service clients who live within a 30-mile radius of our facility. A current client is anyone who has had an on-the-farm elective appointment with us within the past 12 months. All same day urgent or emergent appointment requests will be charged additional emergency fees. All others will need to bring their farm animal(s) to our hospital for emergency assistance
