Elberton Animal Hospital is a small animal hospital located in Elberton, Ga. We offer Gold standard veterinary care including surgical procedures, preventive and wellness care, sick patient care, bloodwork monitoring, radiographs, ultrasound and boarding. Our small animal hospital boasts two well-appointed exam rooms, Idexx in-house laboratory analyzers, digital radiology, ultrasound and a state of the art surgical suite. Elberton sits near the center of Elbert County, 33 miles east of Athens and 110 miles east of Atlanta. Known as “The Granite Capital of the World”, Elberton produces more granite monuments than any other city in the world. Elberton is also known for attractions including granite monuments, historic homes and architecture, beautiful lakes, historical theatre and downtown square, and the 20,000 seat Granite Bowl.

Elberton Animal Hospital is seeking to hire a second full-time associate veterinarian to work in a small animal hospital. New grads are welcome to apply and will be offered adequate mentorship.

We are a busy 2 Doctor, small animal hospital with a state-of-the-art surgical suite, digital radiology, ultrasound, and in-house Idexx laboratory equipment. We focus heavily on preventive medicine/surgery, dentistry, and client education. Our hospital is equipped to hospitalize any medical case you come across. The University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital is located 45 minutes away for necessary referrals. All after hour emergencies are referred to UGA VTH in Athens, GA and/or Magnolia Veterinary Hospital in Anderson, SC.
