About Fetch
Fetch was founded in 2016, originally as an outpatient veterinary oncology center out of a local emergency hospital in Naples, Florida. With the help of our dedicated team, we have expanded our services to emergency and specialty hospitals in multiple states.

Here’s what we have to offer:
A 15,000 sq. foot, newly renovated facility
An owner who loves to purchase the latest and greatest equipment
Complete in-house laboratory
Multi-parameter monitoring devices
Cloud based digital EMR and whiteboard system
Digital radiology suite
Full complement of ultrasound and endoscopy equipment
16 slice helical CT

Program Criteria
The ER mentorship program is designed to provide the necessary experience and training to ensure proficiency in small animal emergency medicine. This is a focused program that consists of an eight-month period of direct supervision, followed by sixteen months of indirect supervision, for a two-year total commitment. During the initial direct supervision phase, the trainee will work alongside a designated emergency clinician that will provide support. After the initial eight-month period, the trainee will further hone their skills with indirect supervision or support. This designated eight-month mark may be altered to best meet your needs and these discussions will involve the trainee, mentor, and medical director.

Expectations
Your experience
We can provide the foundation and oversight to learn emergency medicine, but you ultimately get out of a program what you put in. Those that are driven will jump in and see cases, and take on cases that may be outside of their normal comfort zone. Push yourself to learn and take it as much from those around you as possible.

Positive attitude
Fetch takes great pride in having a collegial environment where people are happy to work. While emergency medicine can be stressful and demanding, we must maintain that jovial atmosphere. Treat colleagues with respect and maintain professionalism at all times.
