The Bailey Vet is seeking a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian, who is compassionate and skilled to join our growing team in stunning Tucson, AZ. We are a privately owned, 6000 sq ft beautiful, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care using fear-free handling techniques. Pay range based on experience/qualifications – $100,000-150,000 open to negotiation

Our Practice:
Provides gold standard comprehensive veterinary care: Including general medicine, surgery, and integrative therapies (acupuncture, class 4 laser therapy, under water treadmill) all of which are located in our rehab wing of the hospital.

Prioritizes client education and communication: Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional lifetime patient care. Our goal is to be the vet for each pet for life.
Utilizes state-of-the-art equipment: In a modern and comfortable facility.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse clientele.
Manage your appointment flow efficiently with a dedicated support staff of 2-3 designated techs.
Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, and treatments.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, as well as lab reports.
Perform daily callbacks.

Qualifications:
Licensed Veterinarian.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
