We want to be a part of your career and personal development! As a hospital, we consider it an honor to help provide the kind of personal, professional, and financial success a career in veterinary medicine should entail. Our three vet small animal exclusive hospital in Cumming, Georgia has developed an awesome client base. Our clients allow us to fully work up and treat the vast majority of our patients.

Why would you want to work with us?

All of our veterinarians are fear free certified, and we will be going through hospital certification later this year to become the only fear free certified hospital in Cumming.

We schedule long appointments, and keep our schedules to manageable numbers that allow us to spend time with our clients and patients.

We are passionate about mentoring and collaboration. We will tailor a mentorship program to the individual, and be sure they have the resources to start their career in the right direction.

We are a member of the WTA Well Managed Practice Group. This is a group of elite practices that help each other to become the best our hospitals can be in all areas of practice management.

We value community involvement, and as a group regularly support local charitable organizations (both two and four legged).

We support our support staff. This year, almost every member of our team will participate in off campus continuing education events. We fund CVA and RVT certification for interested staff members.

Cumming/Forsyth county is an excellent place to live. The Lake Lanier, the mountains, and the city of Atlanta are all a short drive away. The school systems are excellent as well.

There are so many additional reasons we would love to discuss with you. Our pay and benefits are both excellent. We provide paid vacation (real paid vacation that factors in production, not just base pay), paid maternity leave and short term disability, licenses, dues, conferences, ce, paid ce time off, etc.

We can structure your first year’s salary to include a sign on bonus, relocation allocation, etc. We are flexible, and can tailor pay and benefits to what works best for you!

Your first job out of school can make a large impact on the direction of your career. We would love to be a part of that.
