Melanie Parham

Melanie is a Registered Veterinary Technician who is passionate about companion animal nutrition. After graduating from Athens Technical College in 2003, she worked in private practice before joining the University of Georgia in 2005 to work in Outpatient Services (now known as the Community Practice Clinic). Melanie taught in the Veterinary Technology program at Athens Technical College from 2007-2011 before returning to the Community Practice Clinic. She completed her Bachelor’s in Applied Science through St. Petersburg College in 2011. Melanie’s long-term goals include achieving her Veterinary Technician Specialty status in nutrition as well as becoming a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer.
