In 2023, the college committed to creating office spaces for post doctoral fellows and graduate students. This involved renovating designated rooms to house multiple individuals/room.- These renovations included an assigned desk, chair, shelving unit, lockable locker space and high speed ethernet connection. The renovation began in the spring 2023 and were completed in the Fall of 2023.
- The college currently has 5 rooms to house a total of 40 CVM personnel. The 20 postdoctoral desk spaces occupy 3 rooms (Rm3534, 3573, 3575) and 20 graduate student desk spaces occupy 2 rooms (Rm 2514 and 2531).
- Desk space assignments are based on availability at the time of the request.
