There are no words to describe how a beloved pet can impact one’s life. Nacho came into Amy Antenen’s life when she was almost 25 years old. After recently graduating college and starting her career, Amy purchased him as a puppy when he was just eight weeks old and only weighed ½ lb!
Tom Dew and his wife, Kris, have four mottos they live by: “Treat others how you want to be treated. Have a goal. Persevere. Give back.” Tom explains, “This world isn’t all about I, me, my. Help somebody else.”
It is estimated by the year 2030 there will be a shortage of 15,000 veterinarians nationwide. In an effort to address this ongoing issue, in 2021 we expanded our DVM class size to 150 students annually with 29 from South Carolina.
