East Jackson Animal Hospital is a small animal (cats and dogs only) clinic that opened in February 2023. We are located in Nicholson – between Athens and Commerce. We are looking for a relief veterinarian that could help out while our veterinarian is on maternity leave from July to October 2023. Surgery is optional depending on what you’re comfortable with, but spays and neuters would be super helpful! We have two veterinary assistants and one receptionist, all of whom are absolutely wonderful to work with (not to mention talented – all three are go getters that are great at blood draws, catheters, talking to clients, etc.). We are looking for someone who could work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, or some combination of those days. No weekends, no after hours emergencies, and no boarders to take care of.
