Mountain View Animal Hospital is a small, privately owned practice founded in 2023 by Dr. Samee Berger. The practice was born out of a desire to create a different kind of veterinary experience, one that prioritizes work-life balance, quality patient care, and a supportive work environment. Dr. Berger’s vision was fueled by her experience in larger corporate practices, where long hours and high stress were the norm. Determined to change the status quo, she established Mountain View Animal Hospital with a focus on closing on weekends and holidays, providing ample time for staff to recharge and enjoy their personal lives.

Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients while fostering a positive and drama-free work environment. What We Offer:
Focus on dogs and cats only
Comprehensive services including digital radiography, Idexx in-house lab machines, ultrasound, surgical suite, dental suite with digital dental radiography, and a fully stocked pharmacy
Fully digital hospital utilizing EzyVet
New and state-of-the-art equipment
Full time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Part time Schedule: As low as 2 days per week to work (pay adjusted based on time worked)
Closed on weekends and all major holidays
No boarding or grooming services, no overnight stays
About the Position:
Mountain View Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Berger and our dedicated staff in providing compassionate care to our patients. We are looking for someone who shares our values of work-life balance, excellence in patient care, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics
Develop and implement treatment plans
Perform surgical procedures as needed
Communicate effectively with clients and staff
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
