Shipping Requirements
Ship sera with ample ice packs in insulated container. Domestic samples - Next day delivery with ample ice packs in insulated container. Ship perishable samples for Tuesday - Thursday delivery. International samples - Please refer to the appropriate international import permit found on our webpage and inactivate serum per the specifications of the permit. Ship at room temperature.
