Collection Protocol
Aseptically collect tissue into a whirl pak bag. Freeze tissue until ready to ship. Refrigerate Blood (do not freeze). For international submissions: Tissue impressions on an FTA card, allow the card to dry completely before closing, place in a ziplock bag with desiccant pouch and store at room temperature.

Shipping Requirements
Ship samples with ample ice packs in insulated container. For FTA cards, ship samples without ice packs in envelope. For international samples on FTA cards, please include the FTA international permit.
