Preferred Specimen

Live and/or fresh mortality, a minimum of 6 birds

Acceptable Specimen

Culled birds, fresh dead

Collection Protocol

Collect live birds into cardboard boxes with ventillation holes; collect fresh dead into cardboard boxes and keep cool; collect culled birds into cardboard boxes and keep cool. In the event of a suspected foreign animal disease please contact the lab prior to submitting.
