I joined the College of Veterinary Medicine and the VetView Software Development team in 2017. In my role, I support client relations, coordinate project tasks, and assist with quality assurance throughout the development cycle. My responsibilities include creating and managing bug tickets, performing software testing, generating SQL reports, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing release documentation. I work closely with both clients and developers to help ensure each VetView release is stable, functional, and aligned with user needs.
