Nicole joined the CVM in September 2022 as the Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator for the DVM program. Prior to this role, she worked 14 years in higher education (academic advising/student success & program evaluation/assessment) and 5 years in the federal government (qualitative data collection & analysis). Nicole has a PhD in Educational Psychology: Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement (University of Tennessee), a MEd in College Student Affairs Administration (UGA), and a BS in Psychology (UGA). Her research interests include predictors of academic success in veterinary medicine, social media usage in veterinary practice, and sustainability in higher education.
