The 17th annual UGA CVM Shelter Medicine Symposium will be March 1, 2025! This one-day event will feature speakers from multiple areas of shelter medicine. This year’s Symposium is $10 to attend, and all registrants will have breakfast and lunch provided. If you would like to receive a certificate for 8 hours CE credit, please choose that option when registering. The cost for the CE credit is $70. Partial hours of CE credit will not be offered. View the attached schedule for more information on our fantastic speakers! The Symposium will take place at the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital from 8am-6pm.

Please note – UGA is hosting a swim meet, a baseball game, and softball games on Saturday, March 1. Due to these UGA events, this office was unable to obtain any hotel blocks for Feb 28. Suggestions for accommodations would be Commerce, GA or Madison, GA, or options such as VRBO or Airbnb.
