Join us for the 62^nd Annual Conference & Alumni Weekend at the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine! We’re excited to welcome alumni back to campus for a weekend of continuing education, connection, and celebration. Reunite with classmates, learn from experts in the field, and help us honor the legacy and future of veterinary medicine.

Registration for the 62^nd Annual Conference & Alumni Weekend is now open! As this is a license renewal year, there will be two hours of LEAP instruction offered.

2026 Annual Conference & Alumni Weekend Agenda

Registration Deadline: March 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

Full conference registration: $500 (14 hours total; includes 2 LEAP hours)
Friday only: $250 (7 hours)
Saturday only: $300 (7 hours; includes 2 LEAP hours)

- Keynote speaker is Dr. Deidre Fontenot, Animal Health Operations Manager for the Disney Animal Health team.
CVM Alumni Reception – 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm *Pre-registration required*

Hotel Accommodations

There will be multiple large community events in Athens over the time frame for the conference. You are encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

Hotel blocks drop March 17, 2026.
