The topics presented for this conference will focus on dentistry.

The speakers for the conference are:

• Mary L. Berg, BS, RVT, LATG, VTS (Dentistry)
  • Mary received her VTS (Dentistry) in 2006, recertifying in 2020. Her background includes veterinary dental research, practice management and dental technician in general practice.  She’s currently an adjunct at two veterinary technology programs and the president of Beyond the Crown Veterinary Education; teaching dentistry to veterinary teams, using practical and easy to master methods. Mary was named the VMX Speaker of the Year in 2024, NAVTA Veterinary Technician of the Year by NAVTA in 2020, won the AVDT’s Excellence in Dentistry Education in 2019.  Mary is a textbook author, speaker, and wet lab instructor at numerous state and national conferences.
• Vicky Ograin, MBA, RVT, VTS (Nutrition)
  • Vicky received her technician degree from Los Angeles Pierce College. She is credentialed in California and Kansas. She served in private practice for many years in California, and then 22 years ago began a career with Hill’s Pet Nutrition, where she is a Scientific Communication Sr. Specialist, in the US Professional Veterinary Affairs department. She focuses on education for technicians and the health care team as well as strategy for veterinary technicians in tech schools and graduates. In 2007, she completed a Bachelor of Science and in 2008, she completed a Masters, both in Business Administration. Vicky obtained her Veterinary Technician Specialty (VTS) in nutrition in June 2013. Vicky speaks nationally and internationally and is a published author.

This conference provides six hours of CE credits.

Registration closes October 21 at 11:59 p.m. Once registration has closed, the ZOOM instructions and link will be sent to paid registrants.
