Dr. Ananias Escalante is a Professor in the Department of Biology, College of Science and Technology at Temple University. He earned his PhD in Biology from the University of California Irvine in 1995, and afterwards he completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. HIs work focuses on evolutionary genetics in drug resistant Plasmodium falciparum. Read more about his research on his profile page.
