Seminar: Xiaorong Lin

Dr. Xiaorong Lin is a Professor in the Department of Microbiology at the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. She earned her PhD in Molecular Genetics and Fungal Biology from UGA in 2003 and completed her postdoctoral work at Duke University’s Medical Center in Medical Mycology. Dr. Lin’s research focuses on prevention and treatment of fungal diseases, specifically focusing on Cryptococcus neogormans and Aspergillus fumigatus.
