April holds an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University. She has served as an Academic Advisor at both the University of Georgia and Athens Technical College (ATC), where she worked as an Instructor and Assistant Director of Registration and Records. Prior to joining the BIPH advising team, April served as the Clerkship and Enrichment Coordinator for the Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership.
