Biography

Cris Leonard is the HR Specialist for the Center for Vaccines and Immunology, the Isakson Center for Neurological Disease Research, and Precision One Health.  Before joining UGA’s College of Veterinary Medicine, Cris honed her skills in employee relations and workforce management, bringing valuable expertise to the role.  She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Art History, later earning a master’s degree in education. With 18 years of experience in education leadership and administration, including 8 years as the Dean of Students for an elementary school in Roswell, GA, Cris has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting both student and staff development.
