My name is Wayne Cheng, and I am a PhD student in the Comparative Biomedical Sciences program under the mentorship of Dr. Chester Joyner. My current research focus is to understand Plasmodium vivax liver-stage biology using comparative genomic approaches with third generation sequencing platforms.
