“Harnessing the Ghosts of Influenza Past to Combat Future Influenza Variants and Pandemics”
Dr. Jenna Guthmiller is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Immunology & Microbiology at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz School of Medicine. She earned her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Oklahoma in 2017 and completed her postdoctoral work at the University of Chicago. Dr. Guthmiller’s research focuses on the co-evolution of influenza viruses and the humoral immune response. Additionally, Dr. Guthmiller has received grants from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease and works with CEIRS and CIVIC through NIAID.
