Seminar: Nadine Rouphael

“Evaluation of Next Generation Respiratory Vaccines”

This event is part of the department’s seminar series for graduate students.

Dr. Nadine Rouphael is the Executive Director of the Hope Clinic at the Emory Center for AIDS Research and is the Sumner E. Thompson III Distinguished Professor of Vaccinology and Infectious Diseases in the Infectious Diseases Division of the Department of Medicine at Emory University. She earned her MD from Saint Joseph University School of Medicine in Lebanon in 2001 and completed her internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship at Emory University. Dr. Rouphael’s research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, vaccine delivery methods, and innate immunity. She is serves at the PI for two NIH-funded programs: Vaccine Treatment and Evaluation Unit and Human Immunology Project Consortium.
