Dr. Cheryl Day is a Professor at the Emory University Department of Microbiology and Immunology and the Emory Vaccine Center. Additionally, Dr. Day serves as a researcher at the Emory National Primate Research Center and the Emory Center for AIDS Research. She earned her PhD in Virology from Harvard University in 2003 and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Oxford. Dr. Day’s research focuses on the cellular immune responses of hosts with tuberculosis and HIV infections.
