Dr. Hostetter is the barry g. Harmon professor and head of the department of pathology in the college of veterinary medicine. He also is the executive director of the tifton and athens veterinary diagnostic laboratories. In these positions he is responsible for all aspects of the service, teaching and research missions of the department and for the state veterinary diagnostic laboratories in athens and tifton georgia.
