Biography
Nicole joined the CVM in September 2022 as the Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator for the DVM program. Prior to this role, she worked 14 years in higher education (academic advising / student success and program evaluation / assessment) and 5 years in the federal government (qualitative data collection & analysis). Nicole has a PhD in Educational Psychology: Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement (University of Tennessee), a BS in Psychology (UGA), and an MEd in College Student Affairs Administration (UGA). Her research interests include predictors of academic success in veterinary medicine, competency-based assessment and evaluation methods, and sustainability in higher education.
