We are looking forward to welcoming clients back into the CPC as of June 7, 2021. Please review the below guidelines in preparation for your visit:
Only two clients will be allowed inside per appointment time slot
Based on CDC and UGA guidance, clients who are not fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a face covering while at our facility. Additionally, all clients will be required to wear a face covering when in our clinical spaces (i.e., exam rooms). If you forget to bring a face covering, one will be provided.
We will also continue to offer drop-off curbside service for those who would prefer this option or for those with health concerns or from a COVID positive household. To utilize this option, please stay in your vehicle and call 706-542-1984 upon arrival for assistance.
