Thank you to our seminar speaker, Dr. Erik Andersen. Dr. Andersen's research focuses on identifying genetic mechanisms that cause drug resistance in helminths through a c. elgans model. His lab has produced the Caenorhabditis elegans Natural Diversity Resource (CeNDR), which has cataloged over 750 wild strains. If you would like to contribute to the database, you can collect samples through the lab's outreach program.
